~Rebel and Syra~ Because You Are Different

So...slight spoiler, Rebel finds a mate too. Even the bad guys can find love. Anyway, on with the little story.


STORY TIME~~

Syra lay in the cool grass looking at the sky. It was night time and there wasn't a cloud in sight. Suddenly Syra was pushed down onto her side, not roughly, gently. She looked over her shoulder and saw Rebel smiling at her.

"Did you have to knock me over?" She asked him.

"Yes, it was very necessary." He commented, standing over her and licking the side of her head.

"I honestly still don't see why you picked me. Out of all of the other she-wolves that are so much more beautiful than me. I'm not anything special and I'm not pretty at all. I even have a big ugly scar on my face to add to that." Syra said, looking at the ground beside her head. Rebel looked at her in shock, amazed that she could even say such a thing about herself. Rebel shook his head and lay down beside her as she looked back at him.

"Syra, I picked you because you are different, and that is what makes you beautiful to me. So what if you have a scar on your face, that doesn't make you ugly. Looks aren't everything. A lot of those supposedly beautiful she-wolves in the pack, their personalities and attitude is awful. You? You may not be the best looking she-wolf to others, but your personality and your attitude say otherwise. They are what make you beautiful. To me, you are beautiful. Your looks AND your personality. Put those together, and I have you. The she-wolf I fell in love with and will ALWAYS be in love with. I love you, Syra."

As Rebel finished his speech to his mate, he burried his head into the fur on her neck, looked up at her now raised head and smiled. Tears brimmed Syra's eyes and fell as she blinked. There was a smile on her face, a happy smile. One that only Rebel could make appear. She loved him and he loved her just as much, if not more. There was nothing that could break their love apart, that was for sure.

"I love you, Rebel." She said, nuzzling him.

"I love you too, Syra. Forever and always." He replied, nuzzling her in return.
